Jennifer Bellows
Jennifer has been a strong addition to the Palmer Team since 2014. A REALTOR® for 15 years, Jennifer has owned 3 businesses, has degrees from Trent University in Sociology with a minor in Business, and spent a year at the University of Victoria honing her marketing skills. Much of her spare time is spent hiking the trails of Vancouver Island and travelling.
Ravi Chauhan
With years of experience, Ravi is passionate about the appraisal process and is proud of his attention to detail. Ravi’s ability to put people at ease, offer concise reports and exceed industry standards has made Ravi an excellent addition to the Palmer Team. Outside of work he’s a foodie who loves music and travel. Ravi’s territory is the West Shore, Sooke, View Royal and Esquimalt, due to his keen knowledge of these areas and their local markets.
Graham Elger
Graham lives and works in beautiful Nanaimo, BC and services most of the North Vancouver Island, Mid-Island, and the Cowichan Valley. Graham’s thoughtful and caring nature, as well as his love of real estate, makes him a strong asset to the Palmer Team. When Graham is not on the road you can find him training at the gym, hiking and cooking for his friends.
Louise McGee
Louise is a seasoned real estate professional with an impressive career spanning over 27 years at Palmer Appraisals, where she owned, operated, and appraised properties with unparalleled expertise. Though she is no longer appraising, Louise continues to hold the esteemed DAR (Designated Residential Appraiser) and Certified Appraisal Reviewer designations from the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAREA).
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Louise is dedicated to personal growth, holding a Dare to Lead certification that underscores her leadership and resilience.
Active in her community, Louise is a valued member of the Oak Bay Rotary and an enthusiastic Pickleball player. A long-standing resident of Victoria, Louise, along with her husband and two daughters, embraces the renowned "Island lifestyle" that the area offers.

Trinity Wilhelm
Trinity is the most recent addition to Palmer Appraisals, and brings a wealth of administrative knowledge to her role, with an easy-going nature and eye for detail and organization that makes her a valuable Palmer Team member. In her spare time Trinity can be found spending time with her adult children and husband, and working in and around her home.
