Our Team of Real Estate & Home Appraisers
Ravi Chauhan
With years of experience, Ravi is passionate about the appraisal process and is proud of his attention to detail. Ravi’s ability to put people at ease, offer concise reports and exceed industry standards has made Ravi an excellent addition to the Palmer Team. Outside of work he’s a foodie who loves music and travel. Ravi’s territory is the West Shore, Sooke, View Royal and Esquimalt, due to his keen knowledge of these areas and their local markets.
Graham Elger
Graham lives and works in beautiful Nanaimo, BC and services most of the North Vancouver Island, Mid-Island, and the Cowichan Valley. Graham’s thoughtful and caring nature, as well as his love of real estate, makes him a strong asset to the Palmer Team. When Graham is not on the road you can find him training at the gym, hiking and cooking for his friends.
Andrew Nicholls
Andrew has been appraising homes around Greater Victoria and the Gulf Islands since 2016, and he has a particular knack for unique and complex properties. His appraisal work has taken him to all corners of Vancouver Island, and he’s always keen to explore the new places his profession might lead him. Andrew holds his DAR (Designated Appraiser Residential) and Certified Appraisal Reviewer designations from the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAREA).
Originally from the mid-Island, Andrew moved to Victoria to attend the University of Victoria and has since developed a deep connection to the area. He lives in Victoria with his wife and dog, and loves getting out for walks or runs, diving into a good book, or exploring new places through travel.
Jaclyn Cobb
After more than 20 years in the food industry—doing everything from fast food to fine dining—Jaclyn decided it was time for a new challenge and made the switch to residential appraising in 2025. With an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a real appreciation for how people live in and use their spaces, she brings a fresh and practical perspective to the world of home valuation.
Her experience in fast-paced, customer-focused roles means clients can always expect quick responses, clear communication, and a friendly, professional approach.
When she’s not out measuring homes or diving into market data, you’ll find Jaclyn traveling, trying new recipes in her kitchen, watching birds up and down the Island, or rolling dice in a game of Dungeons & Dragons. She’s always up for a good story—whether it’s told through architecture, food, or fantasy.
Trinity Wilhelm
Trinity is the most recent addition to Palmer Appraisals, and brings a wealth of administrative knowledge to her role, with an easy-going nature and eye for detail and organization that makes her a valuable Palmer Team member. In her spare time Trinity can be found spending time with her adult children and husband, and working in and around her home.
Our team is comprised of highly qualified appraisers with excellent reputations for their knowledge, abilities and expertise.
All of our appraisers are members in good standing with the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAREA).
